Our Giving Principles
Accelerate Impact
The Foundations values impactful giving. While pilot programs may be considered, the Foundation prefers to give to programs who are already measurably impactful and infuse capital to scale up, grow, or revamp.
Support Transformation
We believe in catalytic and transformative multiyear giving. We know that organizations cannot thrive and grow sustainably without consistent funding.
Empower Partnerships
We believe in a partnership model of grantmaking. We know that the organizations that we partner with are experts in their field, and we want the grants we provide to be shaped by their needs.
Lead Innovation
The Muglia Family Foundation values innovation and intention. We want to hear an out-of-the-box solution to a problem and then see the research and metrics behind why you believe it will work.
Sustain Relationships
We value relationships. The Muglia Family Foundations gives to a limited number of organizations each year so that there can be a true relationship between organizations and the Foundation. We want to learn from each other.
