Erin McKay Broyde

Erin McKay Broyde serves as the Vice President of Programs with the Muglia Family Foundation, leading all aspects of grant management, proposal development and evaluation, and relationship stewardship. She is a nonprofit leader with more than a decade of experience spanning refugee resettlement and immigration, homelessness, mental health, international advocacy and policy, fundraising, and community engagement both in the U.S. and Europe. Erin holds a Masters in International Human Rights Law, and brings a collaborative, relationship-centered approach to advancing transformational and mission-driven impact. When not working, you can find Erin reading a good book or walking by the water with her family.
